Skilafrestur og endurgreiðsluréttur
Kaupandi hefur 14 daga til þess að hætta við kaup frá móttöku vöru.
Til þess að vara teljist skilahæf þarf hún að vera:
- Ónotuð
- Í söluhæfu ástandi
- Í upprunalegum umbúðum
- Með kvittun eða sönnun fyrir kaupum

Vinsamlegast athugið að endursending vöru er á ábyrgð og kostnað kaupanda nema um sé að ræða ranga eða gallaða vöru.

Ekki er tekið við vörum sem eru sendar til baka án þess að hafa fyrst haft samband.
Gallaðar eða rangar vörur
Vinsamlegast athugið vöruna við móttöku og hafið tafarlaust samband ef varan er gölluð, skemmd eða röng svo hægt sé að leysa málið sem fyrst.
Undantekningar
Ekki er hægt að skila eftirfarandi vörum:
- Persónulegum hreinlætisvörum (t.d. hárvörum sem hafa verið opnaðar)
- Sérpöntunum
- Tilboðs- eða útsöluvörum
- Gjafabréfum
Endurgreiðslur
Við látum þig vita þegar við höfum móttekið og yfirfarið skil. Ef skil eru samþykkt er endurgreitt á sama greiðslumáta innan 10 virkra daga.

- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Items sent back without prior contact will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so that we can resolve the issue.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We do not accept returns for:
- Opened personal care products (such as hair products)
- Custom or special orders
- Sale items
- Gift cards
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If approved, you will be refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days.
